Brow lamination · Bend
Two artists, one room on NW Bond Street. Every first visit starts with a patch test and a pencil map of your shape, and nothing is applied until you agree.

Brow lamination
Lamination sets your brow hairs in one brushed-up direction. This is what happens, what to avoid afterward and how often clients come back.
We map your shape with a white pencil. Then we brush the hairs up and set them with two lotions, clean up the edges and brush them into place. You rest with your eyes closed, and it takes about 45 minutes.
A patch test first, at least a day ahead
Your shape drawn and agreed before anything is applied
Thread or wax shaping if you'd like it
For the first 24 hours, keep your brows dry and leave them alone.
No water, steam, sauna or swimming
No makeup, oils or skincare on your brows
No rubbing, picking or pressing them flat
Most clients come back every six to eight weeks for another lamination, with a shaping visit between if they like. Every client is different, and we'll tell you at your visit if your brows need more time.

Before the first lamination
The patch test comes first. After that, a visit is a few steps in a fixed order.
A small test of the tint or lotion on your skin, booked at least a day ahead. You watch the spot at home. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.
We measure and draw your shape with a white pencil, and talk it through. Nothing starts until you've agreed to the lines.
The hairs are brushed up and set, the edges cleaned up and the brows brushed into place while you rest.
Keep your brows dry, skip steam and makeup, and leave them alone. We go over it again before you leave.
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision after a visit, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
Our artists
Both laminate, tint and shape. Each page lists that artist's own license.

Phillip draws every brow with a ruler and a white pencil before he touches a hair, and he'd rather spend ten more minutes on the map than fix a shape later. He does mapping, lamination, tint and shaping with thread.

Clarice does lamination, tint and wax shaping. She patch tests every new client, checks in often while she works, and stops whenever you ask. She's the one to ask about sensitive skin and what to do ahead of a visit and the day after.
Short answers in our own words. The policies page has the rest.
Every lamination takes a deposit. It holds your time and goes toward your service, and the menu marks each one with a Deposit to book chip. Shaping, tint, trims and patch tests don't take one. You book on the booking page, and we confirm by text or email.
Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, we keep it. If you're running late, we hold your time for 10 minutes. After that we shorten the visit rather than push back the next client.
We ask for a patch test before a first lamination or tint, booked at least a day ahead. It shows how your skin responds, and it helps, but it can't predict every reaction. Tell us about allergies and sensitive skin. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision after a visit, tell us, and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
If something isn't right, tell us within a week. We'll look at your brows and say what we can do. Services aren't refunded, but a concern always gets a conversation first.
